About Us

Business, Management, Accountancy and Finance Network

The Business, Management, Accountancy and Finance Network (BMAF) is part of the Higher Education Academy.

It was formerly known as the Business Education Support Team (BEST), part of the former Learning and Teaching Support Network (LTSN).

It is one of twenty four subject centres hosted by higher education institutions across the UK.

What we do:

• We aim to enhance the education experience of students by communicating and disseminating ideas and promoting good practice and innovations in higher education teaching and learning.
• We act as a hub of information and resources across academic communities in business, management, accountancy and finance.

Our Strategic Plan provides further detail of our aims and values.

Our Advisory Board is drawn from members of these academic communities, as well as related professional bodies and associations.

We have a regional network of Key Contacts across the UK to act as facilitators for our workshops and disseminators of our news, events and other information.
