Curiosity, Imagination, Creativity, and Flexible Thinking: The challenges and opportunities for entrepreneurial teaching and learning

DATE: 25 Feb 2011
LOCATION/VENUE: 101 New Cavendish Street, University of Westminster, London, UK

Description

A workshop to interact with Professor David Rae, author of 'Entrepreneurship: From Opportunity to Action'.

This one day highly interactive workshop provided the opportunity to do different things in a different way to enthuse and engage our students. It is not just talking about it but we are expected to do it. We will explore how best to bridge the gap between just 'knowing' and actually 'doing' using creative, resource, innovative, and imaginative approaches. At the end of the day you will take away practical ideas for you to try out, and resources to use. You can expect an active and engaging workshop.

For whom: This is for all educators and support staff in Further Education and Higher Education that wish to use entrepreneurial learning activities with their students
