The workshop opened with a session by Newcastle Business School Associate Dean, Ian Shell, entitled:
• Becoming International, Delivering International and Being International
This was a review of how Internationalisation has developed at the Business School over the past 10 years and the challenges that still face staff in learning and teaching.

Delegates then had a choice of attending:
• a Case Study from Regent’s College on International Student Mentoring by Paul Coldwell, or
• an interactive session on Designing Post Grad Programmes for Internationally Mobile Students led by Yvonne Moogan of Liverpool Business School.

The afternoon was devoted to a keynote presentation and discussion by Berry O’Donovan of the ASKe Centre at Oxford Brookes on:
• Critical Success Factors in Assessment and Feedback.

The winner of the Internationalisation Quiz was also announced: Catherine Dawson from the University of Exeter.
