• Association for Learning Technology 
  ALT is a registered charity as well as being the UK's leading membership organisation in the learning technology field. It runs a programme of events and conferences, and its publication include a quarterly newsletter, peer-reviewed journal, YouTube channel, a wiki and a fortnightly e-newsletter.
• CETL: Blended Learning Unit 
  The Blended Learning Unit (BLU) was established in 2005 as a 5 year project funded by HEFCE. It aims to develop, promote and evaluate the combination of established ways of Learning and Teaching and the opportunities offered by technology in order to improve students' learning and increase flexibility in how, when and where they study.
• CETL for Reusable Learning Objects 
  The RLO-CETL develops, shares and evaluates learning objects and leads on innovation in pedagogical design. It achieves this through engaging communities of practice in workshops and Reward Programmes.
• Computer Assisted Assessment Centre 
  The CAAC was developed as part of a three year project (ending in 2002) to provide a one-stop shop for up-to-date knowledge of CAA activities.
• eLearning Alliance 
  The eLearning Alliance is a UK membership organisation that promotes an integrated approach to elearning across all sectors. It's members gain access to live and virtual workshops, sector-based special interest groups and it's 'Community of Practice' website and resources.

  A guide to resources provided by the Higher Education Academy and JISC Collaboration Network.
• National Learning Network Materials - an online resource to help tutors make the best use of the e-learning materials offered free through the NLN programme.

• Study of UK Online Learning
  A HEFCE-commissioned study of the current UK higher education online distance learning provision. HEFCE has also produced a series of Case Studies on UK HEIs that demonstrate a highly effective online learning provision.

Podcasting

• IMPALA Project Website 
  The HEA-funded IMPALA project was started in 2006 and investigates the impact of Podcasting on student learning and how it's beneficial effects can be enhanced.
• Podcasting for Learning in Universities 
  This books/website us based on research from the IMPALA project and explains how podcasting can be used in universities to enhance learning.
• Steeple 
  Steeple is a JISC-funded project being carried out by the University of Oxford which aims to investigate, develop and document sustainable institutional infrastructure to support university wide educational podcasting.
