Maths, Stats and OR Teaching courses and workshops
In the autumn the Higher Education Academy (HEA) will be running an Induction course for new lecturers in Maths, Stats and OR. A series of workshops for postgraduate students who teach in Maths, Stats and OR will also be taking place.
Induction course for new lecturers
The Higher Education Academy (HEA) will be running an Induction Course for New Lecturers in Mathematics, Statistics and Operational Research (MSOR) on 12-13 September 2012. This course is a continuation of the highly valued Induction Course for New Lecturers which was previously run by the HEA MSOR Network. The course will continue to be delivered by experienced academics who are subject specialists in MSOR and the content and delivery will be discipline specific.

Workshops for postgraduate students who teach
The Higher Education Academy (HEA) will also be running a series of one-day workshops to support postgraduate students who teach in Mathematics, Statistics and Operational Research (MSOR). These events are a continuation of the workshops which were previously run by the HEA MSOR Network. The workshops are discipline specific and will be delivered by MSOR subject specialists.
