Academy Scotland 3rd Annual Subscribers' Meeting: Recognition and Reward in HE Learning and Teaching

The event is targeted at representatives from Scottish HEIs (Vice-Principals, Academy liaison contacts, Educational Development Units) and other stakeholders. Attendance is by nomination only.
This one day event will highlight various aspects of the Academy’s work in Scotland during 2007-08, feed back to the sector outcomes from institutional visits which have taken place as part of the Academy's Institutional Partnership Programme in 2007-8 and identify priorities for the Academy’s work during 2008-09.
There will be a range of presentations from Scottish HEIs and an informal debate in the afternoon on “This house believes that teaching and research should be recognised equally as criteria for reward, recognition and promotion”.
