PDP Sharing Practice Event

  • Date: 19 Mar 2008
  • Start Time: 10:00 am
  • Location/venue: Venue 2, Students' Union, University of St Andrews, 22 St Mary's Place, St Andrews, Fife , Scotland, KY16 9UY

Jointly run by the Academy, the Centre for Recording Achievement, and QAA, this practioner-led event is a genuine opportunity to share practice relating to Personal Development Planning (PDP). It will consist of a lunchtime Marketplace session, with delegates free to wander around others' stalls, and two in-depth "show and tell" sessions, all with a focus on sharing practice.

As this is a sharing practice event, the more contributors the better, so please fill in a proforma and share your ideas in the Marketplace.

To reserve a place, please complete the booking form and return it to Rashid Irving (rashid@universities-scotland.ac.uk) by Friday 7 March. If you would like to contribute to the Marketplace session with anything that you think will be of general interest - whether a poster, set of resources, handout, or even just an idea - then please complete the proforma and return it to Laura Hodsdon (laura.hodsdon@heacademy.ac.uk) by Friday 7 March. If you wish to lead a "show and tell" session (c. 20 mins presentation + 40 mins discussion), please email Laura Hodsdon with a proposal as soon as possible.

If you are not sure about your idea and wish to discuss it further, please contact Laura Hodsdon or Alastair Robertson (alastair.robertson@heacademy.ac.uk).
