Description

The Inclusive Campus: institutional strategies, culture change and basic research

University of Bradford

Wednesday 18 November, 10:00-16:00

The seminar will be an opportunity for The Inclusive Campus Project (based at Bradford University) to present Continuous Professional Development tools and how these are being used to serve the purpose of research into cultural shifts across the institution as a whole and in particular how we are using these tools to mesure staff attitutes to disability and inclusive practice in learning and teaching. Initial findings suggest that there is far graeter benefit in promoting changes to the curriculum, modes of delivery for example, intended for the benefit of all students rather that focusing on disability per se.
