Enhancing legal education in Scotland

UKCLE is delighted to announce its first day conference designed exclusively for the Scottish legal education community, focusing on the challenges and opportunities in a rapidly changing academic and professional environment.
Themes for the event include internationalising the LLB curriculum and Professional Education and Training 1 (PEAT 1) collaboration. There will also be a workshop stream on Work-based Learning (PEAT 2) and a workshop for postgraduates and early career teachers on developing an academic career in law.
The fee for academics is £85. There is no charge for students, however we ask that once a booking has been made by a student at least 48 hours notice should be given if they are unable to attend the event.
A cancellation charge of £50 will be made to students in the following circumstances:
- less than 48 hours notice of non-attendance given
- no prior notice of non-attendance given
Another person may be substituted from the same institution as long as the details of the substitute are received in writing.
