The main theme of the event is feedback but discussion will also cover other areas including strategy and evidence around assessment, action planning for change, strategic issues, the NSS and staff/student dialogue around feedback.
Outcomes:
•Challenge and motivate delegates to encourage review of assessment practices;
•Evaluate effectiveness of assessment practices;
•Encourage culture where staff are able to have a go;
•Awareness of where sector is in terms of big picture issues (NSS);
•Knowledge of where to look for resources;
•Need to rethink assessment and design assessment as part of feedback and feed forward.
