Conference highlights


Plenary sessions from:

  • Janette Ryan and Jude Carroll on the Teaching International Students project
  • John Hudzik and Tony Adams on how the USA and Australia are approaching current international student issues
  • John Vine, on his work as UK Border Agency Chief Inspector, looking at the implementation of Tier 4 of the Points Based System


There are also more than 50 parallel sessions to choose from covering issues including the Points Based System, admissions, English language, cross-cultural awareness, employability; IT and online resources, internationalisation and more. A dedicated strand of sessions provides a focus for further education staff to network with one another.

 

On Monday afternoon there will be a focus on showcasing of best practice including projects funded by the Prime Minister's Initiative for International Education (PMI2).

 

Throughout the conference, there will be exhibition area allowing you to meet our conference sponsors and other organisations offering relevant services and products.
