SSeLF is a platform for the UK TEL community to debate the challenges facing universities in a changing society. A unique aspect of the forum is its focus on issues of sustainable forms of TEL grounded in current research, contextualised within real-life practice. Since its inception, forum participants have debated issues around an array of themes ranging from Social Dimensions of TEL to Learning Design and Implementation. Key contributors have included researchers, educational developers, practitioners and key thinkers in TEL from a range of countries. In 2010, SSeLF will hold four seminars exploring four challenges around the theme of sustainable learning and the changing role of the university.
