Inaugural Future Directions conference – Graduates For Our Future

The main focus of the conference will be to showcase the first Wales-wide quality enhancement theme, Graduates For Our Future, and its three work strands:

1. Students as Partners;
2. Learning in Employment; and
3. Learning for Employment.

The purposes of the conference are to stimulate wide-ranging discussion and debate and to show and share good practice of the enhancement of learning and teaching from across the Welsh higher education sector.

The Future Directions work is a Wales-wide initiative which aims to maximise the opportunities for cross-sector collaboration. It being led by a Steering Group comprised of members from all Welsh HEIs and key sector agencies including Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol, Higher Education Funding Council for Wales (HEFCW), Higher Education Wales (HEW), the JISC Regional Support Centre for Wales (JISC RSC), the National Union of Students in Wales (NUS), the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA), and facilitated by the Higher Education Academy (HEA). View our Steering Group membership list (PDF)
