1. Future Staff
This track explores the changing context facing and new and existing academic staff in the light of current developments. Topics include working with the UK Professional Standards Framework (PSF), engaging in discipline specific pedagogy, continuous professional development, scholarship, supporting scholarly activity professional development for those engaged in work based learning activity, enhancing quality and standards and reward and recognition.

2. Future Students
The demography and demands are likely to change in the coming year and this track aims to look at some of the challenges this will bring to teaching and learning. Topics include student engagement, employability, enterprise, work based learning, internships, partnerships with business and employers.

3. Future Partners and Policy
Changes in the sector are likely to bring new partners and new policy to the sector. This track aims to look at how we can make the most of these partnerships and technology associated with it. Topics include creativity, innovations, (OER) open educational resources, , working with business and employers and productive relationships, HEAR (Higher Education Achievement Report), the Professional Standards Framework, Post Graduate Review, Burgess, Education for Sustainable Development and future finance.

4. Future Learning
This track will explore future methods and approaches to the student learning experience. Topics include work based learning, creative practice, enhancing quality and standards, assessment, work based learning and transitions to HE from the new Diploma
