Previous Conferences

The FORREST conference started in 2005 at the University of Lincoln. This was organised jointly with the Forensic Institute Research Network (FIRN). With continued support from FIRN, the conference grew to become an annual international academic conference of interest to academics and forensic practitioners.

The conference is now organised by the UK Physical Sciences Centre, with support from the host institution, to provide a platform to present innovations in the learning and teaching of forensic science, alongside examples of recent research.
