The ‘Vicarious Learning Project’, is an experiment in how developing educational technologies can successfully support dialogue and discussion for on-line students who do not have access to the traditional modes of discussion. Learners, by observing others in interaction, especially teachers and fellow learners, internalise a wide range of knowledge and skills.
