Be Prepared for the Olympics

Chris Holmes, director of Paralympic Integration, London 2012 has warned the hospitality industry not to underestimate the scale of demand that the Olympics will bring.

Speaking during a panel discussion at the Master Innholders Conference (18-19 January) Chris Holmes provided advice to help managers in the hospitality industry make the most of the games.
