The Hospitality, Leisure, Sport & Tourism Network aims to encourage and broker the sharing of good learning and teaching practice across our subject areas of UK higher education.

This academic year the Higher Education Academy will be running a number of Change Programmes, including the themes of Recording Student Achievement and Assessment and Feedback.
Building on the success of the Change Academy programme, in 2011-12 the Higher Education Academy is expanding its offering of change programmes across a range of themes and disciplines.
A guide to our 2011-12 Change Programmes is now available to download from the Academy website. The Higher Education Academy is currently inviting teams to submit proposals to join the following change programmes:
Representing and Recording Student Achievement Change Programme
This change programme will help institutions or cognate disciplines explore the development of strategies and infrastructural support to enhance the recording, representation and reporting of their students' achievements.
Further information on the programme and how to participate is available on the Academy Website.
Deadline for proposals: 14 December 2011.
Assessment and Feedback Change Programme
This change programme will support institutional teams seeking to enhance their assessment and feedback practices. At its heart is the work achieved by TESTA, a National Teaching Fellowship project on programme-wide assessment led by the University of Winchester.
Further information on the programme and how to participate is available on the Academy website.
Deadline for proposals: 14 December 2011.
