Call for Case Studies: Technology-enhanced Assessment in HE

JISC is putting out a call for up-to-date examples of technology-enhanced assessment in HE for possible inclusion in a revision of the Effective Practice with e-Assessment guide, to be launched in summer 2010.

The original guide was published in 2007 and can be found in PDF at the JISC Website.

Case studies included in the revised guide will show a range of technologies and will focus on wider assessment practices, including, but not exclusively based around, computer-based assessment. The importance of assessment and feedback as drivers for learning and the role of technology in enabling or supporting accessible, learner-centred assessment practice will be core messages.

The deadline for expressing interest is 20th November 2009.
Interested parties should send a short 200-400 word resume of the their case study to Ros Smith. Links to existing case studies or accounts of the practice are also welcome.
