Background
Have you ever noticed that when it comes to finding a new External Examiner or validation panel member for one of your programmes, the same names keep coming up? Or are you interested in taking on an External Examiner role within the hospitality, leisure, sport and tourism subject areas, but are not sure how to get started?
If so, we might be able to help.
The Hospitality, Leisure, Sport & Tourism Network has compiled a register of individuals interested in taking on an External Examiner or validation panel member role in our subject areas. This may include those who have previously, or are currently, acting as external examiners or validation panel members, or those who have not undertaken this role before.
This information is used to provide course managers who are looking for new External Examiners or validation panel members with a list of possible candidates - including individuals that they may not have considered via their personal or department's contacts.
To join the Register
The register has two parts: Taught Courses and Research Degrees. If you wish to join either part of the register, simply complete the registration form.
