This project produced tangible improvements to the cycle of professional development activity involving peer review; staff development; teaching, learning and assessment enhancement, and the enrichment of the student experience. The proposal was based on some extremely encouraging outcomes of initial development work undertaken at Sheffield Hallam University. The project developed, evaluated, and embeded models of peer-supported review of LTA and peer-supported staff development at the lead and partner institutions. The project incorporated a major programme of dissemination activity in association with dissemination partners at the Universities of Brighton, Northumbria, Oxford Brookes and Ulster.
