The Hospitality, Leisure, Sport & Tourism Network aims to encourage and broker the sharing of good learning and teaching practice across our subject areas of UK higher education.

Enhancing Graduate Employability is the first book in HLST and BMAF's Enhancing series of case study books.
Examples of good practice in using partnerships with employers to create courses, or, in embedding employability and making it explicit within the learning experience.
The employability case studies on this page were jointly commissioned by the Hospitality, Leisure Sport and Tourism Network and the Business, Management, Accountancy and Finance Subject Centre (BMAF). They show examples of good practice in using partnerships with employers to create courses, or, in embedding employability and making it explicit within the learning experience.
The case studies were turned into in a book, along with 10 case studies from the Business, Management, Accountancy and Finance subject centre. The book, entitled Enhancing Graduate Employability in Business and Management, Hospitality, Leisure, Sport, Tourism is edited by Nina Becket and Patsy Kemp, published 2006 by Threshold Press, Newbury.
