"The higher education sector is facing more challenges and changes than ever before. The HEA therefore needs respected and experienced staff with academic credibility who have an in-depth understanding of these issues to develop and deliver high quality services to the sector. The new structure facilitates this and ensures that as much resource as possible is directed towards frontline support and services in teaching and learning."
