The Centre runs a wide variety of events which can be registered for on-line through My Academy. Details of past events are available in the Event Archive section.

Workshops/Roadshows/Visits

The Centre organises a wide ranging programme of opportunities for continuing professional development in learning and teaching and provides a mechanism for dissemination of good practice and innovation. Events include workshops, open days, visits and seminars.

Annual meetings

When appropriate the Centre contributes to national meetings in physical science education in order to disseminate the outcomes of the Centre's activity. The Centre may also collaborate with the professional bodies and other groups in organisation of such meetings. The Centre organises an annual meeting for the Departmental Representatives.

My Academy

My Academy is an online service of the Higher Education Academy which allows you to

• book onto events
• subscribe to mailing lists
• view and amend details the Academy and its Subject Network hold about you

If you are a new user you will be asked to register to use My Academy after which you will be sent a password (this can take a few minutes so please be patient). If your details are already in the database, this will be confirmed when you try to register and you will be given a password to login.
