Booking Policy

Please ensure that you read the details below when booking for any of our events. Bookings are 'first come first served'. There is always a maximum number of delegates due to size of venue or availability of IT equipment, so be sure to book early to avoid disappointment. If clarification is needed please email the Centre.

Booking Policy
Cancellation by you (our non-paid events):

In the event of a delegate failing to attend and not informing the Centre at least two working days before the event, a £50 administration charge will be incurred. Substitutions will not incur a charge.

 

Cancellation by you (our paid events):

Please see individual details given for a particular event.

 

Cancellation by us:

If the Centre has to modify or cancel an event, we shall inform delegates as soon as possible.
