
A joint Higher Education Academy Scotland and Edinburgh Napier University symposium.
This symposium is designed to share practice and build capacity in supporting research in higher education learning and teaching and will be held at Edinburgh Napier University on 6th November 2009. It is aimed at colleagues interested in educational research/ scholarly approaches to learning and teaching whether they are from a discipline or academic development perspective. Keynote speakers include Glynis Cousin whose recent book Researching Learning in Higher Education (2009, Routledge) takes a methodological perspective and Lorraine Walsh from the University of Dundee who will give a view on the Academic Development HE sector in Scotland.
