Every year we hold a meeting to thank all our Departmental
Representatives for their help and support throughout the year.

This meeting gives us a chance to tell our Representatives what we have been doing over the year and gives you a chance to have a say about what we should be doing to support you.

There is no change for this meeting for our Departmental Representatives, and we will provide overnight accommodation at the Copthorne Hotel. We will also cover travel expenses.

The meeting will start at around 6pm  for registration, followed by dinner on the evening of 15th April. There will be a full day meeting of 16th April with the day ending at around 3.30pm.
