The Higher Education Academy commissioned a number of Demonstrator Projects, which show good practice in operation in higher education insitutions in the context of employer-responsive provision.
The Higher Education Academy editors hope that the demonstrator project reports will provide a valuable resource for those developing employer-responsive provision, and for those supporting staff who need to do so, or developing systems and infrastructure. The reports offer general guidance and a range of specific case-study material which could be abstracted and used in staff development contexts. Below are links to a summary report of the nine demonstrator projects, a publication with all nine project reports, and the individual reports. Another resource that might be of interest is the QAA reflective report, which can also be found below.
