Collectively, the subjects of Math, Stats and OR (MSOR) occupy a great crossroads in the academic landscape, and the work of the MSOR Network has, since its inception, reflected and built upon this circumstance. In this presentation we will showcase how the MSOR Network has achieved its main aim of improving the student learning experience and enhancing the professional development opportunities of teachers of mathematical sciences in higher education. We will also reflect on lessons learned and how we might build upon our success in the next ten years.
