Ensuring the success of non-standard entry students in Higher Education

The focus of this paper is on research findings from the NTF research project ‘Diversity and achievement in higher education’. Longitudinal studies with non-traditional entry undergraduate students in the UK and Australia has provided insight into the needs of such students during transition and induction to HE.
