Win, Win, Win - Can support for new academics be improved through collaborative appreciative enquiry?

The BMAF Network’s recent ‘New Lecturers Project’ combined the benefits of collaboration between institutions with those of an appreciative enquiry approach. As a result there were wins for: a) the schools involved, b) new academic staff in those areas, c) the BMAF Network, and more.
