The posters and flyer are suitable for printing in sizes A5, A4 and A3. The right hand column of the poster/flyer text is fully editable and the bottom panel of the low text version of the poster is fully editable. The font used  on the poster is Gill Sans MT. PTES 2012 Flyer Template (DOC 1.87MB)

These templates are in the format of layered Photoshop files. You will need to access the layer marked ‘LAYER TO EDIT’ in Adobe Photoshop to enter their specific information about open and closing dates and contact details.   PTES Officers will need to send them to IT colleagues to do this and install. Once the files have been edited you can then ‘save as’ a flattened jpg and uploaded on an intranet / website (e-advert) or install as a screensaver. This is done in the same way as installing a photograph as a screensaver. Note: The font used  on the poster is Gill Sans MT. Institutions are free to add their own logos directly onto the resources in the space to the right of the HEA logo.
