Helping Busy Academics. Report of the Invitation Seminar

The seminar was sponsered by the LTSN Generic Centre and was jointly facilitated by Norman Jackson (GC) & Rob Ward (Centre for Recording Achievement). It provided the opportunity for 28 practioners who had used PDP to come together to share their experience and expertise in order to gain insights into different ways of supporting reflective learning and planning for self-improvement in different disciplinary contexts.
