Institutions participating in the second year of the Higher Education Academy’s Career Progression and Staff Transitions Programme attend their first meeting today, 29 October 2015.
Building on the Higher Education Academy’s current work on teaching excellence, professionalism, reward and recognition, the programme focuses on how the UKPSF can be used in career progression, pay and promotions (including professoriate selection), practice and policies.
