The HEA can help you, your institution, faculty or department successfully lead change.
Over the last 10 years, we've worked with more than 1,000 individuals from over 100 HE providers to facilitate and lead change to enhance the student learning experience.
HEA change programmes bring together teams of staff and students from HE providers across the UK for a series of interconnected events, designed to help plan and implement effective and sustainable change.
Our current change programmes comprise:
- Evidence-informed quality improvement programme (EQUIP)
- Promotion, process and policy (PPP)
- Students as partners in the curriculum
We also run Leading Transformation in Learning and Teaching (LTLT) in collaboration with the Leadership Foundation (LFHE). This programme is designed for individuals and enables participants to enhance the skills, approaches and insights needed to lead course and programme teams through processes of transformation and innovation.
HEA change masterclasses are interactive events for individuals leading or engaged in organisational, curricular and/or other change in HE designed to enhance the student learning experience. The masterclasses focus on the key elements of the change lifecycle including preparing, planning, implementing and sustaining change.
We also offer a range of bespoke consultancy services to help organisations successfully facilitate and lead change.
Our team of experts has extensive experience of working with organisations and individuals through change coaching, personalised workshops and institution-wide programmes.
