UK champion of higher education teaching quality, the Higher Education Academy (HEA) today announced a ‘Global Insights’ partnership with international leadership development firm Ranmore.
Together, they will launch a series of horizon scanning workshops and development events in Australia and the USA throughout 2017.
HEA Chief Executive Stephanie Marshall told a record number of Times Higher (THE) webinar listeners that the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) metrics outlined in the government White Paper would evolve in future years and that they “should start preparing now for the discipline level TEF (TEF 3) which will take place in three years’ time.”
The Higher Education Academy launches its new, UK-wide Enhancement Events Series on 2 October 2014, combining keynote presentations, workshops, masterclasses, and new-to-teaching and professional development sessions.
This report was commissioned by the Higher Education Academy in May 2013 at the request of the Higher Education Funding Council in England. This final report was delivered at the end of January 2014.
