Association of National Teaching Fellows (ANTF)

The Association of National Teaching Fellows (ANTF) champions innovation and shares best practice. It is coordinated and organised by the Committee of the Association of National Teaching Fellows (CANTF).

As a NTF you automatically become a member of ANTF and join a proactive community of passionate and enthusiastic professionals, working to enhance learning and teaching in their institutions and the sector. Many NTFs say that meeting other NTFs is one of the great benefits of the award. The NTF community has forged connections across the sector internationally and fostered important collaborations between different disciplines.

Working across the sector

NTFs are often invited to work with other HE institutions and organisations across the sector and beyond. The first ANTF book, For the Love of Learning, edited by Tim Bilham, NTF 2007, with help from Professor Sally Brown, NTF 2008, was published in 2013. The Association, supported by the HEA, holds an annual symposium, with guest speakers and key activities to develop new opportunities and collaborative work.
