#HEAchat is a regular, open forum for HEA Fellows and non-Fellows to come together and share their experiences of teaching and learning in HE/FE. Each month the chat will cover disciplinary or other issues relating to teaching and learning.
Join us for a chance to connect with teaching and learning practitioners beyond your institution or discipline, share ideas and find new, inventive ways to face challenges and be creative in your teaching and learning practice. Each chat is triggered by a blog that covers the chat topic. The pre-chat blog raises the questions, offers background sources and helps you think through the key issues.
Creativity in STEM will take place on the 29 November and is led by Kay Hack - Academic Lead for STEM.
If it’s your first chat or you would like to find out how to get the most out of the chats you can view our Twitter chats made easy page.
This event has already taken place.
Who can take part?
Anyone can take part in a Twitter chat, the only pre-requisite is that you have a Twitter account. Guidance on creating an account can be found on our Twitter chats made easy page.
Chats are a great way to connect with your peers across the UK, and internationally, and share your experiences. They are also a really good way to hear ideas or approaches which might be new to you or connect with people working outside of your own area of expertise, making for lively and thought-provoking exchanges.
