The annual Student Academic Experience Survey shows how full-time undergraduate students rate their time in higher education and their attitudes towards policy issues that impact upon them. Jonathan Neves, the surveys manager at the HEA, will discuss the 2017 results in this lunchtime webinar. SAES, which is jointly designed and developed with the Higher Education Policy Institute (HEPI) provides essential data on key topics including contact hours, the number of assignments and student expectations of the time it takes academics to return these assignments, student wellbeing, their knowledge of access to counselling services and student perceptions on value for money.
