Introduction

Guest presenters from the research team at the University of Derby will present the findings of their recent literature review that examined 185 research articles and describes how the subject of employability has been addressed between 2012 and 2016 and draws out some of the key implications for higher education providers, academics and employability practitioners.

Learning outcomes

Participants will:

  • learn about the latest trends within the most recent literature on employability;
  • learn how attitudes towards employability have changed in recent years;
  • discuss how the latest innovations in employability can impact on your own practice.
